The Bachman Lake Therapeutic Center renovation involved the renovation of an existing recreational and therapeutic center originally constructed along Bachman Lake in 1979. First, and foremost, was the complete replacement of the existing pool and equipment, updating the pool for all federal and state accessibility and health standards. The secondary scope included replacement of select HVAC equipment, replacement of the outdoor equipment yard enclosure and the complete renovation of the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
