Parc Royal is a new Light Industrial Distribution Park in Irving, Texas, approximately 1 mile from DFW International Airport. It consists of 4 new buildings ranging from 74,000 to 217,000 s.f. and configured as a rear-load, front load, and cross dock facilities. The buildings range from 28 to 32 feet clear to structure and have 60-foot speed bays, and 140-foot truck courts. Parc Royal also includes a Phase II expansion of 3 additional buildings.
